Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your EZVIZ account, and tap the profile icon on the top left.
Step 2: Tap Family & Guests.
Step 3: Tap the shared device you would like to remove a guest account.
Step 4: Tap Remove User on the bottom.
